introduction

Invisible Movement, the largest John Frusciante website on the internet, has been around for 3.5 years, providing the news, an article library with magazine scans often available, a huge gallery of images, a lot of downloadable video and audio material and much more on one of the today's greatest guitar players in the world, the main creative force behind Red Hot Chili Peppers and one of the most charismatic personalities in the world of music.

The site is maintained by one person, but there have been many contributors to it. It does not follow the concept "fan sites" usually do, so don't be confused. For more information, disclaimer and error reporting, check the site page. Thanks for visiting and enjoy your stay!

A full feature on the maestro and his engineer, Ryan Hewitt, as well as a little bit of what's Ian MacKaye said on recording with, as they titled the article, Mr. Frusciante; taken from the September/October 2007 issue of the independent Tape Op magazine, which is available as a free subscription in case one's involved in recording music. Many thanks to Theodora Mouzakis for having taken the time to find someone who had a subscription and scan this. Click here for a transcript!
