For those missing RHCP on YouTube: YT and Warner to settle down

Looney tubes?!As reported by CNET News, there's a good chance the YouTube vs. Warner issue is soon to end.

The two sides have managed to reach terms on most of the major issues and a final deal could be announced within the next few weeks, sources with knowledge of the talks, told CNET News on Friday. What that means is the music and videos from such Warner acts as Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the White Stripes may soon be back on the Web's largest video site.

  1. That would be great I really miss rhcp videos on youtube.
    Also they don’t let us put any audio from warner even if the video isn’t of one of warner’s bands :cry: , so those are good news!!

    Still it’s not the end of the world, you can find and upload a lot of vids on MySpace and hey, why not try Vimeo? No one bothers you with copyright issues over there and it’s a good alternative.
